Paparusahan ng DEPED ang mga namwersa sa mga menor de edad na lumahok sa kilos protesta

Maaring maparasuhan ang mga Teaching and non-teaching personnel na mapapatunayang nangpwersa o nag-obliga ng menor de edad na estudyante na sumama sa isang kilos protesta ayon sa Department of Education (DepEd).

Hindi rin daw pwedeng magsilbing extra-curicular activity ang paglahok sa mga kilos protesta.

Ayon kay DepEd Assistant Secretary Tonisito Umali, Administrative Liability ang katumbas ng usaping ito.

"Administrative liability yung ating DepEd teaching and non teaching personnel na nagoobliga sa mga bata na dumalo ng mga rally na ganito maski anong uri ng rally." sabi ni Asec. Umali.

"Sa pampribadong paaralan, pwede din nating alertuhin yung paaralan, ipagbigay alam niyo po sa amin." dagdag pa ni Umali.

Mas malaki maaring parusa kung ang isasamang bata ay nasa edad 18 pababa.
