According to the interview of Kabayan Party-List Representative Harry Roque, he said the evidence is enough for Senator Leila De Lima to resign as a senator.
Roque cited that there is much evidence pointing De Lima in her involvement in drugs and the testimonies are coming from NBI officials.
Meron po 'yan presumption of regularity in the discharge of their functions.
Former NBI Deputy Director Rafael Ragos said during the House probe that he conveyed the purse to De Lima's home where he gave it to Dayan. He went in the two times he conveyed cash to De Lima's home together with Jovencio Ablen, an NBI official who validated the testimony of Ragos.
Roque maintained that unlike Senator Panfilo Lacson who believes there is prima facie evidence to file a case against De Lima, Roque said he thinks there is proof beyond reasonable doubt.
"Actually, that's to be expected po sapagkat, you know kung ako rin si Secretary De Lima, hindi ako mali-link directly. She may be ugly, but she's not stupid," Ferdinand Topacio, lawyer of the inmates said.
