Jaybee Sebastian handang ibulgar ang ugnayan nila ni Delima

The House committee on justice, chaired by Oriental Mindoro 2nd District Representative Reynaldo Umali, said that the hearing would resume possibly next week if Jaybee Sebastian would be made available to testify before the committee.

Jaybee Sebastian was tagged by the witnesses testified on the alleged proliferation of drugs at National Bilibid Prison.

According to the witnesses, Sebastian monopolise the drug trade inside the National Bilibid Prison and controlled every drug lords who got imprisoned in the National Penitentiary.


The former Department of Justice Secretary Leila De Lima also allegedly protected Jaybee Sebastian in exchange of money.

The witnesses also shared that De Lima and Sebastian met several times inside the National Bilibid Prison.
