Commission on Human Rights Reacts on Mark Anthony Fernandez Arrested

The Commission on Human Right (CHR) on Tuersday Voice out Concern over the report the Police fired shots at Mark Anthony Fernandez Vehicle During Short case on Monday.

CHR Spokesperson Agnes Balbacal said the cops endagered Fernandez's life when they fired shot toward his Vehicle
