VIRAL NEWS! Cebu archbishop praises Duterte, " BINAGO NIYA ANG BUHAY NG BAWAT PILIPINO. READ THIS!

MANILA, Philippines – As far as one high-ranking Catholic official is concerned, President Rodrigo Duterte is doing a very good job.

According to Cebu Archbishop Jose Palma, the president’s overall performance in his first 100 days of office should be rated a score of higher than 6 out of 10 as he has been seriously working to improve the lives of Filipinos. “I should say more than 6 (out of 10),” he told the Philippine Daily Inquirer. “He has made serious efforts to curb abuses in trying to make the people and the government work. Majority of our people has given him a very high rating. It’s one of the highest rating a government official has ever had.” A recent Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey indicated that 76 percent of Filipinos were satisfied with Duterte and the present administration. The president himself also previously mentioned that he rated his performance a “6 out of 10” as his modest outlook.

Notwithstanding his praise for Duterte, Palma — a former head of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines — however, mentioned that the president’s language could use some fine-tuning. “On a personal note, he should not take for granted the way he speaks. I hope it could be fine-tuned. In general, he has a very high rating for people except for his not-so-diplomatic way of speaking,” he said.

Duterte’s fiery language has put him at odds with the country’s longtime ally the United States and the European Union whose leaders have questioned the mounting casualties in his campaign against drugs.
