This guy thought he was the unluckiest man in the world after his wife left him but then the 55-year-old construction worker just won a total of P66.8 million!

According to Alexander F. Balutan, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) general manager, the winner already claimed his check last Tuesday, amounting to P66,885,340 with his winning combination 07-16-02-23-36-30 on a random pick. According to Balutan, the winner would use the money for business and for the future of his two children. He doesn't hope to remarry as well.

This 66-million-peso winner is the one of the Filipinos who won the lotto jackpot this year following the 33-year-old construction worker in Saudi who won P112 million and the 19-year-old student who won last march.
