Kris Aquino is one of the wealthiest and most popular showbiz personalities in the Philippines. So, it should come as no surprise that Kris owns one of the most fabulous houses in the country as well. If you keep track of her videos on her YouTube channel “The Aquinos,” you’re bound to find an episode that features her house, courtesy of “The Kris List.”
“The Kris List” is actually a documentary / vlog of the “Queen of All Media’s” experiences. On one of its episodes, Kris Aquino shared a quick tour of the interiors of her kitchen and dining area. According to Real Living Philippines, this is all part of Kris’ new house.
So what’s inside? The source noted that Kris has fabulous rose quartz-colored countertops in her kitchen. These serve as the area’s focal point, where guests and her family members can eat and share food with each other. Since it’s the kitchen it’s where their meals are prepared.
In the middle of the rose quartz countertops stand a glass mirrored column, which helps support the floor above the kitchen. The mirrors reflect the different angles of the kitchen and makes the area look cohesive.
The source also noted that Kris’ kitchen has lots of fruits on display, as well as small kitchen appliances. However, the whole area does not look cramped or cluttered. According to them:
” Grouping the fruits together and using similar-looking trays and bowls add to the organized feel. Flowers were also used as extra décor—transforming the cooking space into a homey, country-inspired space.”
Kris Aquino adopted the chic country theme to her kitchen and this was complemented by a white apron-front sink that is widely spacious. Meanwhile, they added that her countertops could also double as a storage and a dining nook. According to them:
“Surrounded by Jean-Marie Massaud’s Seashell Lounge Chairs, the countertops can serve as a dining nook for quick meals and snacks.”
Everything is also stacked neatly in cabinets, from cooking oils to canned goods. See how well-organized they look:
As with every mom, Kris Aquino is fond of delicate tea sets. She displayed it on open shelves, where it adds color to the kitchen’s generally white motif.
Kris has four Georgia chairs for her dining area with a glass-topped Raides table. Both of these pieces of furniture are from the visual storyteller’s Baluster collection.
