Xander Ford Nagbigay Ng Pahayag Tungkol Sa Post Ni Mr. Ogie Diaz

It’s been almost a week since we’ve met Xander Ford (formerly known as Marilou Arizala). There were a lot of different reactions regarding his new appearance from netizens. Most of which were observations from people around his social circle, fans, and haters alike. Many accused him of being too proud and arrogant. Aside from his face, did Marlou have a change of attitude too?

Not too long ago, actor-reporter Ogie Diaz posted a status narrating what his unnamed singer friend noticed about Xander on one of their encounters. This post gathered different reactions and most of the comments were justifying this allegedly “lame” attitude of Xander. However, some netizens said that even before Xander’s make over, he already possessed arrogance and conceitedness.

Last Saturday night, Xander Ford posted a status on his official Facebook account as a response to the accusations by Ogie Diaz’ and friends. He called the attention of people who’s judging him including the radio host Ogie. He reminisced back when he would get harassed from people because of his physical appearance. However, he still apologized to people he might’ve harmed. He also asked his followers to share the post so it would come to the attention of the radio host Ogie Diaz.

Xander Ford’s post received different reactions from netizens. Some concerned fans gave advice to Xander to be more careful when posting on social media. He was reminded that as a public figure he should be humble and be mindful to his actions.

Here are some of their sentiments:

Truly as public figures, it’s important that celebrities should be mindful about their actions. Being strong is not enough to please a society where crab mentality is expected but not accepted. It takes courage to make people realize that you are more than what you or others think you are.
