No doubt about it, Xander Ford is your newest up-and-coming actor. His highly publicized physical transformation has made him the talk of the town and if that’s not enough, he also offered the public a peek of his humble home.
He appeared in an episode of “Rated K,” where he gave the production crew and Korina Sanchez a tour of his very simple and humble home. It seemed that despite all the rumors about him – particularly his attitude – he is not an “arrogant” or “conceited” individual after all.
Xander Ford took the crew to the insides of his family home, where she showed the public a peek of its simple interiors.
He humbly said:
“Maliit lang po ‘yung bahay namin.”
He showed some of the belongings he proudly bought by himself, including two electric fans and a single bed. Xander Ford also showed a wooden and an antique-looking vanity table that was filled with pictures of him and his family. He said with a gesture:
“Andiyan lahat ng mga memories ko.”
The young man also showed the second floor of their house, where he said:
“So magulo po talaga ‘yung taas namin.”
He pointed to a single bed and said that he and his siblings sleep there every night.
Merly Arizala, his mother, shared that when the company she used to worked for had closed down, they also lost their own house as a family.
She narrated:
“Na-forfeit po ‘yun. Namasukan ako na katulong, nagluto ako ng mga bananacue, kamote cue.”
Xander Ford’s house is not conventionally big but it can fit their whole family. It has a homey feel to it that’s typical in Filipino houses, where everyone is tight-knit and loving in nature.
