Although it’s only been a week since 2018 started, there were already a number of reports about wicked people committing unlawful acts. Just recently, on the afternoon of January 7, a certain Facebook user took to social media to share her unexpected encounter with a supposed thief inside a jeepney.
Along with a message to users to stay aware, the Facebook user shared a picture of the man which she took right after she suspected his dubious gestures. The supposed thief was sitting at the end of the jeepney where it’s easier to alight.
Apparently, it seemed like she was not the only one suspecting the man. An elderly woman who was sitting beside her in the jeepney tried to catch her attention by simply kicking her. However, when she failed to notice, the elderly woman whispered into her ear and instructed her to keep her smartphone and hold her bag tight.
Just when the man was about to step off the jeepney, he allegedly pulled the poster’s bag. Fortunately, the supposed thief did not succeed in his unlawful plan. The alleged victim was able to hold her belongings tight with the help of the elderly woman.

It has also been shared 15,878 times to create awareness and warn other people about the supposed thief. Some even said that she should have reported the man to the authorities to avoid it from happening again.
