However, their fairytale like story ended quickly after Jam lost his battle against stage four lung cancer. Thousands of their fans mourned over his death and Mich once admitted that it was hard for her to go on with her life without her partner. Before Jam died in 2015 , he was able to propose to Mich and they got engaged.
Two years after his death, it seemed Mich Liggayu already found love with another man who is still unnamed as of this writing.

“I bet not even all the fireworks in the world can light up my world like you”
This clip was followed with several other posts showing Mich’s bonding moments with this mysterious guy. Some were photos of them enjoying the scenery at a beach and movie dates.
Upon seeing these posts, many netizens, especially their former fasn were asking if Mich indeed replaced Jam in her heart. As mentioned, the two got engaged before Jam died.
