Well, for a segment in Korina Sanchez' “Rated K”, Marlou went under the knife and got himself a facial surgery. The operation and its grand reveal will be featured on the show and hopefully, people will then identify him as Xander Ford.

He got a noselift and a chin augmentation surgery, dental procedures such as adding ceramic veneers in his front teeth, Marlou also had cashmere stranding for his eyebrows and another procedure that will enhance the color of his lips. The new Xander was also given treatments for wrinkles and eyelash extensions.
